Mangino's Orlando: Authentic Italian Dining Near Shades of Green Resort

This place is a gem. Do not pass on this place when staying at SOG. The mushroom ravioli was the most favorable I have ever tasted. My daughter had the salmon with garlic mashed potatoes and she said the absolute best salmon and potatoes EVER. 10/10 and the price was even better. Huge portions and delicious fresh bread with 3 take home desserts was 65.00!!! Thank you SOG for treating military families right.

i had a few great experiences here! we came here 3 times while staying at shades. i have celiac disease and they have an allergy menu! i got the gluten free penne and meat sauce and it was pretty good and i did not get sick any of the times i went. they also had gluten free bread and sauce! prices were very good as well. all three times we had daniela as our waitress and she was awesome. she remembered me and made sure i had gluten free bread, was a great waitress and just seemed very sweet in general. will definitely be coming back when i’m in town

First time visitors. We stopped in Shades if Green to visit the Magnolia Day Spa (fabulous) and found out about Mangino's. They hit a great balance on the Italian theming. The chairs were comfortable for patrons of all sizes. Everything was spotlessly clean. A warm loaf of bread was brought to the table. I had the mushroom soup and John the French onion. We both had steak. It was the best meal I've had on this vacation. Wait staff was polite, attentive and knew their craft well. While staying at Shades Of Green, my friends and I went to Mangino’s for Dinner. ABSOLUTELY Delicious. I got the pasta with shrimp, they come to your table to make the dish with the cheese wheel. Another ordered the New York Strip and another ordered the teriyaki chicken and sweet potato’s. Otilio is the Food and Beverage Manager and I must say, treats everyone like Family. The whole Staff and Crew is beyond exemplary. Thank you for such a wonderful experience !

Mangino's is a special place! Don't miss it if you are staying at The Shades of Green Resort on Walt Disney World. Excellent Italian food, friendly, unpretentious service, and an elegant, yet relaxing atmosphere make this restaurant the perfect place for couples or families alike. J Highly recommended.

Surprisingly good! Many resort restaurants fall short of delivering but so glad we ate here. Bill was our server and did a great job. French onion soup was as good as I have had it anywhere and if you read my reviews you know its a staple! The cheese wheel was rolled out and a fire was lit. IYNYK. Also had schnitzel and the filet at our table. Portion sizes were large enough we needed to go boxes. This was our first time at Shades of Green and this resort has not disappointed. Excellent! Posting the pictures makes me hungry again!

We visit this restaurant and definitely deserves a 10 out of the 10. The service, facilities and their food is amazing. If you're in the Disney area and want to experience a great dinner at an affordable price this is the place to go. Also, thanks to Gilberto (our server) he was super knowledgeable and honest. Definitely this place is a Most visit while in Disney.

Great restaurant, good service, hit or miss on food quality. We ate here a few times for dinner while staying at Shades of Green. Dinner Specials change nightly - Easter's dinner special wasn't impressive, but their steak and shrimp special a few nights prior was excellent. Hope they figure out a better rotation because I enjoyed the service and prices were good compared to Disney Resorts - $8 kids meals and up to $27 meal options
